This year we will be holding monthly interactive professional development presentations and recognizing members and students who have provided distinguished service to the Spanish and Portuguese community in the UNY chapter region at 7 pm on the following dates:

September 10 1) Hispanic Heritage Month Activities ideas exchange. 2) Learn about the Sociedad Hispánica de la Amistad (K-9)

October 8 1) Tertulia for your students: Modern Latinamerican Music.

November 12 1) Tertulia for teachers: Juegos que fomentan la conversación entre amigos.

December 10 1) Tertulia for teachers: La cocina tradicional del Caribe Latinoamericano.
